- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the 1st Session, we take the body measurements, we check the weight, the heart rate, we run a physical test... And we will ask you a lot of questions to find the root cause of your weight gain and the reasons you want to start this fitness journey. With those results, we create and personalize your fitness program and diet plan to fit your goals.
