Introduction: I have always been passionate about health and fitness and I’m driven to help others feel their best! That passion motivated me to become a StrongFirst certificated instructor. I specialize in Kettlebell and Barbell training. I have been working with one on one clients, semi-private groups, small group strength training, and large group conditioning classes. I was asked to pick three things I liked, but I'd pick all five items if I could. Hiring Building Better Humans was one of the best things I've ever done for myself. She's extremely knowledgeable and capable as a trainer, with what appears to be a complete understanding of exercise and the body, meaning she's able to adjust a routine to better suit the individual, rather than just rigidly repeating what she learned somewhere else. When I hired her, she responded within minutes, to my surprise, and from there it was a quick, easy process. She's always on time, or gives warning well in advance if she needs to change a time and date. And I don't think you could beat the value anywhere else - least of all, a trainer operating as an employee of a gym (which can sometimes cost hundreds of dollars for just one month of service). Instead, the rate for Building Better Humans, at her highest discounted rate for paying up-front, amounts to 18 dollars a session. I hope this didn't sound too much like an ad. Thanks you so much!

This! In June, 4 months ago, I reached out and started to look for help with understanding my body and pushing my limits. Krista was there and waiting with so many answers for me. I was overweight, depressed, anxious, insecure, and indifferent on what I was doing to my body. I knew I needed help. I had no idea what a barbell was, I had no idea where muscles were even located on my body, and I was weak, but week physically. Mentally, I was becoming strong. I reached out to my trainer and started a journey that I am so very grateful for. As of today, I am down 👇🏻 28 pounds and up 👆🏻 in muscle. 🙃 Krista is there any time I need her for questions and she’s constantly checking in on me. I will 100% say this has been the best decision I have made for myself recently. Thanks to Krista’s support, I am building a strong body and I am taking care of myself.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I’ve always had a passion for fitness. I competed off and on in the bodybuilding world for several years. My passion eventually let me to a part-time position as a strength and conditioning coach (now full-time). I started my business outside of my work place to spread to those that maybe looking to feel and move better, get stronger, and/or overall improve their health and fitness.
