- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a percentage of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee. The larger the account, the lower the percentage. If agreed upon I can set up an expense account for incidentals, (sheet, towels, etc.) NOTE: cleaning products are included in the cleaning fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can do an initial consultation on the phone. Information I will need include: - Address of the property. - Rental history - Any current or dormant online listings. - Recent utility bills (just the totals.) - Insurance and other relevant documents. - Photos of the property (inside and out.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I am not a realtor, I work under the same roof as a licensed realtor, a notary, and various other real estate professionals.
