Velay Training is amazing! We are on our second month, they train my father. Who had a stroke 6 months ago. Hrs had such a great improvement and he really enjoys the sessions. My father is wheelchair bound currently. Yvonne takes her time to help my father gain strength on his good side.

I hired Derek because it is hard to find a balanced trainer with 20 years of experience with multiple training strategys and licences. If you want a trainer to listen to your needs and work with you to build a long term strategy he is your guy. If you want a rookie straight out of certification he's not, trust me there is a difference.

Great things come in small packages, standing tall around 5 foot, you wouldn't expect a drill Sergeant but she can be and she has the knowledge to get you ripped. Always a comfortable session with a rigorous training routine. I highly recommend her.

Jim Chenoweth is great, not pushy and overbearing but rather knowledgeable and encouraging. You won't get off easy - you have to do the work, but he guides you through it with education on targeted muscles, guidance on proper form, diet tips, and always the encouragement that you can do this! I leave feeling good about my efforts and ready to push ahead, rather than discouraged and ready to quit. And I'm seeing the results: increased energy, feeling stronger, and beginning to lose unwanted inches in targeted areas.
