Great service and wonderful experience! It was great to be able to book the event months in advance and Scott followed through with everything initially offered. I have a six year old boy and an 8 year old girl who were able to witness Santa putting their gifts under the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. I never thought that this would be possible! Scott sent constant reminders about the event and followed up with information needed to make it happened. It took me some time to provide him the information he needed, and he consistently and patiently sent me friendly reminders. As part of the packet, he provided a kit with glasses, bell, Santa's butten, etc. for me to leave around as proof that Santa was there!. I only used a few things because I did not want it to be too obvious. I loved how he told the kids several times that his visit was a secret and they were not to tell tehir friends. They were amazed. Also, Santa's helper was taking pictures and a video camera was set up to capture the moment. My daughter questioned the photographer, but finally came up to the conclusion that she was Santa's helper. I would recommend the photographer to be dressed as an elf in case her presence while taking pictures is questioned. It would also be recommended that Santa talks a little bit more to the kids and mentions a few nice things (facts) about them to demonstrate that he has been watching them. However, the kids were pleased and could not believe that they saw Santa. they barely talk about it because they don't want to slip and tell anyone. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend anyone to have Santa come to the house on Christmas Eve and have the kids catch him. This is an experience the kids will never forget and will be grateful for life for what you did as parents!

At first he was a very nice guy, very punctual with getting back with me. But when I told him he didn't have the right insurance requested by the park he asked that I pay for it. He was very rude when I told him I would not pay for the insurance that he did not have that the park was requesting. I told him I world no longer needs his services and he began harassing me and told me I would not find anyone on this website to do my party. Rude guy!!

Santa arrived on time, he looked the part but all he wanted to do was sit in a chair, he didn't really have much energy. I asked him to pass out some gifts to our guests but he said the bag was too heavy so I had to help him drag it around the room, I asked if he could get the guests to sing some Christmas songs but he said he didn't sing, not sure just what he could do... Not much of an addition to our party.

Fred, When People request real bearded Santa's they tend to not be the out going type. Santa should not be expected to carry bags that weigh over 50 lbs. By your own response you admit it was too heavy. You never requested a singing Santa Claus. Santa is for the Children and not sure what you expected or should have requested either. Everything that was laid out in our booking agreement that you agreed to was fulfilled. Unsure again of your expectations. Santa by Scott

We had Santa and Mrs. Clause at our home on Christmas Eve. We were all very pleased with their performance. They spent a lot of time speaking to the kids, explaining the North Pole and taking pictures. They both did an excellent job - loved them!

Price depends a lot on travel , tolls and people do not understand a 1 hour party on site is typically a 4 hour time period for Us.

My Staff completes Training based on their skill set and job requirements to be professant and obtain Liability Insurance.
