We recently moved into a townhome and needed to remove a large old hot tub which was built in ground on the patio. Francisco Spa & Pools responded immediately to my request, provided me with a reasonable quote and put me on the schedule. It was a messy job with lots of pipes, pumps, etc. When Francisco arrived, they got right to the job and were finished in less than an hour. The best part was, they removed everything, pipes and all, and hauled it all away. Frankly, I was amazed at what they accomplished so quickly. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend them.

Customer was informed that the appointment time she scheduled was not available unless emergency. She had the option to contact us for emergency service at an additional cost. She was informed that she would be contacted on Monday 2/13 to get her scheduled. Below is the text that was sent to the customer. ****************************************************** “Hi Barbara, thanks for booking with Francisco Spa & Pools! I will have my office reach out to you Monday 2/13. We usually are off on the weekends unless it’s an emergency. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Office number is 321-428-0222. You can text that number also.” ****************************************************** We apologize that we were not able to assist you immediately and we did respond to your request. Have a good day.

We'll contact customer and find out what issues they are having. If it's service call, then we'll get the customer scheduled on the next available day.

We've been a delivery contractor for a premium spa manufacturer for 9 years. Additionally, we handle ALL of their service work for the state of Florida.
