I take Ivonne's yoga class on Saturday mornings in East Park. The class is a great experience and an excellent value. Ivonne is a great instructor because she includes modifications for every experience level and makes you feel comfortable at any level. My flexibility has improved greatly since I started taking her class. Also, the setting in beautiful East Park just adds that extra relaxing touch that leaves me smiling all weekend! Went my first massage today and I am already feeling some improvement. I had a nap after massage and rest was deeper then usual. Also the pain in my groin has diminished somewhat. I will continue to get treated by Ki.
