I signed up with Get For Training for a personal training and was referred to Troy. Initially, I was impressed with the immediate response to my inquiry and then once referred to Troy, he contacted me and scheduled sessions that accommodate my schedule. Troy is reliable, punctual, very creative and encouraging. He pays close attention to detail while creating the work outs. I look forward to the work out sessions and being motivated to reach my goals. I recommend Get Fit Training without reservation. Excellent service!
I began an all out effort after searching high and low for a trainer that would satisfy my desire for health, fitness, strength and mobility. While searching the internet I found a site called Thumbtack.com. After searching the Internet I also came across a fitness trainer known as Jeffrey Urcan @ Top Fit Pros Training. Prior to that it seem like a shot in the dark looking for a fitness trainer. I had no luck whatsoever with every trainer I spoke to that either charge insane amounts per session or were very weak in knowledge of fitness training. After I spoke to Jeff I realize this was a strong possibility. I actually went on thumbtack and found him in there also. After reading his reviews I felt that I needed to meet with him. He was very accommodating to me so I scheduled a consultation in the evening after Jeff’s day was finished. He spent plenty of time with me explaining the process he uses to get people into shape and he makes their lifestyle healthy. I noticed his gym was immaculate and very clean. So was Jeff! The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was this Gym did not smell like a normal gym. It was very clean smelling. Like being in a sterile room at a hospital. He spent the time with me and after I met him I knew he was the fitness trainer I was looking for. From the beginning Jeff made sure I understood everything we were doing. He started with the nutrition program making me understand how it works in detail. After that was completed we started our first workout. During the work out he explains the muscle groups you’re working and will even show them to you on a chart so you understand what you’re doing. I felt like I was with a professor at a college getting an education at the same time. Jeff’s workouts are very intense and when you’re completed with your work out you know you have really worked out hard. Throughout the workout he feed you a knowledge base of what he collected over the past 27 years with his education and continuing education. You can really see that this man has done his homework. Jeff doesn’t just teach you fitness training he also gives you guidance to a lifestyle change so you become a healthier person. I had the pleasure to speak to some of his clients in passing and they worship him like he is a God. One encouraging person said to me that Jeff loves his work so much that he goes out of their way to make sure you are all right even after you are finished training with him for the day. Judging from all of the trainers I have been to Jeff is head and shoulders above all the rest. It is a real pleasure to train with someone so educated and so caring for their clients. Since I have been training with Jeff I have lost a lot of body fat and gained some lean muscle. Now I look great in a bathing suit and not scared to wear it to the beach. I feel that he has given me what I have been looking for. His pricing is very reasonable and with his private gym there is no membership fee, no charge for the bottled water and a clean gym towel to use while you work out. It beats an open member ship gym by far. I will never stop training with Jeff. He will be my trainer for a long time coming. I gave Jeff a five star review because he was without a doubt the best trainer I have ever come across. Jeff Urcan is very professional and his private training gym Top Fit Pros Training is a very professionally run organization. If your looking for the best and the last trainer then Jeffrey Urcan is your man!
very impressive. I was seeking private fitness training outside a traditional fitness center and Kenny is able to accomodate. I feel I am pushed to my limits, which is something I personally require. I appreciate the flexability and the costs are very reasonable.
Bentley is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He teaches proper technique and form which is so important to working out safely. The workout is customized to your fitness needs. The gym is spotless and well equipped.
I worked with Frantz while I was a member at LA Fitness Saugus, MA and during our sessions he gave me as much commitment and focus as I did to the workout , if not more, a very motivational honest trainer!
Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! In the short time we were together he developed a personalized program that consisted of strength /circuit training in my gym Combined with pool training . He is the reason I dropped 15 pounds in the short time we were together . I have had many trainers in my life and I have never met Anyone like Riccardo . He is definitely the BEST trainer I have ever had ! When my husband joined me for the last two weeks , Riccardo also trained him . they hit it off from the start! My husband was able to drop 6 pounds in two weeks! All Thanks to riccardo's personalized training program he developed for him . My husband said to me , Riccardo is one of the best trainers I have ever had ! If you want results , Ricardo is your guy ! He is patient and understands all different body frames and can therefore specialize your program to suit your needs . Hannah was extremely knowledgable about training on top of making adjustments specifically catering to my sport and journey to be leaner. I was extremely impressed with how she found ways to connect the weights and movements to being explosive in my sport. It was also cool that she was detail orientated enough to demonstrate each movement to me and explained why I would benifit from doing it. Our first couple training sessions she also let me know what might make me feel uncomfortable or sore so I knew what to expect going into each movement. I felt motivated and supported with each training session due to her encouraging and bubbly personality. She has a very special way to connect with people and you will know what I mean once you train with her! She keeps things serious but definetly makes pretty funny jokes about day to day life... if you can appreciate a serious trainer with some humor, you will love her. Every time I arrived to train with Hannah, she was ready and prepared the second I got there. She was also very responsive and easy to reach if I ever wanted to schedule more or less training and/or had questions about nutrition or additional stretching. Inaddition to the training sessions, Hannah spoke to me a lot about goals. She is very passionate about wanting to support you in achieving whatever and where ever your goals are in the gym and outside of the gym. I’ve trained with several trainers but it’s hard to find great ones like Hannah! I would recommend her to anyone whether their a high level athlete or a beginner in the gym!
A few months ago I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I looked into fitness training and after meeting with 3 trainers I decided to go with Frank Latella. His knowledge how to help each individual client is amazing . I started seeing results in others and then I noticed how my body took an awesome appearance. My energy level is thru the roof! I am very pleased with my work outs with Frank . I am almost to my goal and I couldn't have done it without Frank Latella showing me the way. Ive been a client of M.R Fitness since December of 2013 and I absolutely love it! I am currently doing 3 sessions of 30 minutes a week. First, I warm up, then he will have a rutine for me, which consist of different exercises for 30 straight minutes. Then 20-30 minutes of cardio of his choice or mine. His sessions are always different and fun. Michael (Mike) Is very professional, knowledgeable plus he has an excellent personality, which allows you to be comfortable around him and not feel intimidated. He focuses on his clients needs, and hes there every minute, every step of your work out to push you and cheer you, which motivates you to do/give your best. He preaches a lot about eating right, so be prepared to be questioned about your daily food intake, he definitely keeps you in check. Mike, also takes the time to show and explain each work out, and he makes sure that his clients are performing their work out safely and properly. So, if you ask me if I would recommend him? I would say of course I do!!! And this is why: I can tell how passionate Mike is about his job and it reflects on the way he trains his clients. He is approachable, patient, easy to talk to and he is fun too and not to forget he is very respectful. I enjoy every session with him, Ive learn a lot and I know I will continue learning a lot more from him. This has definitely been one of the best decisions Ive made for 2014 not only to change the way I look and feel, but by choosing (in my opinion) a great trainer.
My experience training with Armand Fitness is hardly summed up by a five star review. I came to Christian with specific fitness goals and he created a costume plan tailored just for me! He also never fails to get you excited and pumped up for each and every workout. Can't give him enough thanks! Keep up the good work!

Flex Fitness was definitely something I needed. I realized that the trainer was dedicated to my growth and my health he was also looking to help me achieve my goal and wanted it a little more than I did it seemed at times but the experience I one I'll never forget and I will continue all I learned.
