- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system is per hour. Usually 80 dollar per hour plus parts. What we also do is sell imaging supplies and if you become one of our regular customers. After the 5th toner cartridge we refund the 80 dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We handle them like a client we've had for years. They are all important to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was with IBM starting in 79 and parted ways in 88 using my background in managing water cooled mainframes and their peripherals along with my interactions with many CEO's of major corporations to help their company's systems run smoothly.
