We hosted a Brunch on Sunday after our son's wedding in Stuart on Saturday. we were staying in a Vacation Rental Home. In Port St Lucie. The event was enjoyed by everyone that attended. ( approx 40) In planning the event Stacey was very helpful in making suggestions and was always prompt in returning emails, calls, and texts. We were planning this from out of state so we were very pleased with the decision we made to go with Ellie's Deli. The food was presented very attractively and there was generous portions. Stacey and her assistant were very friendly and helpful. The guests were impressed with their efficiency and friendly manner. The event was held from 10 am to 2 pm. Two days before the event I orderd extra chairs. They were delivered promptly. All in all we were very pleased.
Lorraine is truly one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure to work with! We recently had a wedding for 95 guest and Lorraine had the ability to WOW everyone! She goes above and beyond to make your event special and build the menu with you. She is quick to respond and gives the assurance you need to know she is in control even when you live in Colorado!! From passed apps, to her Mahi and Chicken, to the Italian wedding cookies everything leaves you wanting more!! Her staff is professional and courteous and truly made our night unforgettable!! You will not be disappointed with Lorenza's Cucina! We can't wait till our next event Lorraine will be sure to be included!!
I have to say I was extremely pleased with events by Janeal in planning my daughter first birthday party. Janeal made the day so easy and flawless from the beginning. She would come to meet me whenever I needed and i was always able to contact her with special requests!!! The party came out gorgeous!!! From the dessert table to decorations to a special balloon request.. Everything was perfect!! Janeal, I can't wait until the next party!!!!
Lori catered a three day event for us. Everyone was pleased with the food. All meals were delivered on time and her staff was very helpful. We highly recommend Lori.
I would like to sincerely thank Joy and her staff at joyful times events for the huge success we had for my husband's 50th birthday party. Everything was absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end. Joy was always available to speak with me when I had a question and met with me in several occasions to go over the all the party rentals I needed, how many tables,tablecloths,napkins,chairs,plates,glasses,silver ware,decorations,food,partyfavors,dessert,staff requirements,the list is endless. Joy knew how important this evening was for me,my husband,and my family so she even went shopping with me for appetizer and dessert items, and even met me for lunch at the caterer so I can taste the food. Joy was in constant communication with the DJ and bartenders to make sure everyone was in the same page. She went above and beyond her role as a party planner. When our family first walked into the banquet hall,we were all speechless at how beautiful the room looked. The tables and their centerpieces,the banners, the wine bottles as party favors. Joy matched the party theme with everything and it really showed how much love was put into the room and party. At the party she greeted all the guests with a huge smile and was making sure all night long that everything was running according to schedule. I did not have to worry about anything because I trusted joy 100 percent. The most important thing was that my husband had the time of his life and was so happy how the party turned out. I could not have done that without Joy. I strongly recommend joyful times events to anyone planning a party. JTE is a complete JOY to work with and the party planner of the year in my book.
EXCELLENT!!! I could go on and on.... I would give Debie & Larry a TEN Plus .. From Start to finish... From day one, Debie & I instantly clicked. She Made the party planning so fun..& did it all..Just the way I wanted.. & Wxceeded my Expectations. GREAT holiday Ideas,Food was Delicious .. presentation Amazing and taste so yummy. My 50+ guests raved about the food choices, decorating , rentals looked so festive & Very Classy ( Just the way I had hoped). We also wanted and Has a Server & Bartender that were BOTH terrific- also all arranged by Debie... Debie did an OUTSTANDING JOB with all the prep from Start to finish. I loved working with her. She was extremely knowable and did not hesitate ever to call me right back...With even the smallest of questions I had. Chef Larry --Makes AMAZING ( Healthy) food.. .. All was delicious- from the appetizers, to the main Courses & the Amazing home made Deserts. I would Most Definetely recommend them highly, and will,use them again. So happy I found them.. My first experience with the wonderful ladies of RSVP Timeless affairs was 3 years ago when I attended one of their spectacular events. The attention to detail coupled with grace, creativity and elegance truly sets them apart from the competition. The level of professionalism is truly unmatched. Since then I have used them for all of my corporate and personal events. I must say, they have surprised me each time. No event is the same. These ladies truly live up to their name; no matter how great or small, your event will be timeless and memorable. Angela definitely knows how to "cue the magic!!!!"
Let me just say that I had THE BEST engagement party planned by an extraordinary planner! Jessica did a fabulous job planning my event by making sure that every detail was complete. From the invitations, to the decor, working with the restaurant staff, to welcoming guests with her warm personality and presiding over my event, my guests were absolutely floored with the wonderful ambiance and fabulous presentation. She kept my vision alive by sticking to my vision of creating an intimate setting for family and friends. Her timing was great as she knew exactly what to do and when to do so. For an ex: She knew when to incorporate little elements such as an introduction to get my guests seated and the event going. She threw in a friendly icebreaker which really made my guests laugh, and little game of who knows the soon to be bride and groom the best which was really awesome. It was those things that made the night run even smoother and also helped people to get to know one another and enjoy themselves. "The icing on the cake" was the picture slide show she created. It incorporated music and images from when my fiancé and I were babies, our families, and pictures from when we first started dating (prom 15 yrs. ago) up until now. All in all, it was a magical night that I'll never forget and it was because of her that my engagement party was such a huge success. Thanks Jes!!! You're the Best!!

I highly recommend Actualite Event and Design because Planning a wedding can be stressful and an overwhelming task for anyone, a lot of things needs to be done, right from calling your wedding photographer to the last ceremony of the wedding, everything is very important. You can get very exhausted if things aren’t done in a systematic way and in a proper order. Actualite Event and Design is top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had hire them. the staff made me feel as though they have everything 100% under control.
