Allison Kelliher is my criminal and family attorney. I violated probation and was facing a prison sentence, and I also lost custody of my daughter. Ms.Kelliher really cared for my well being, and she knew I needed help. She was able to let the judge understand I needed treatment instead of going to prison. Thank god Allison cared. It is rather difficult to give an exact quote without knowing all the facts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former supervising Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, NY and also an Assistant State Attorney. I have done countless hearings and trials. Divorces or any other family-related cases is something I started years ago because I know I am helping people. And being a former prosecutor I am able to assess what the prosecutor will want in the way of a plea. As a divorce attorney, I have found that you need to be compassionate and aggressive. And those qualities cannot be learned.

My clients range from--people who are arrested, people seeking a divorce (including alimony/maintenance, child support and custody), restraining orders, etc.
