- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a Physical Fitness Instructor in the U.S. Air Force. After I left the military, I went to college to study Exercise Science, got certified through the American Council on Exercise and later through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and countless continuing education courses so I could continue my work developing the Unstoppable Weight Loss Formula. Just because my military career ended, didn't mean I wanted to stop helping people. So I started training Women, Men, Children, and Athletes to give everyone a chance to benefit from the amazing success that others saw from my coaching while I was in the military. I can honestly say that there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve their ultimate goal of weight loss. After working with hundreds of people just like you who are struggling to lose weight and get fit, I have learned what works and what doesn't work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My services include fitness consultations, personal training, virtual training program design, small group training, nutritional coaching, pre and post natal training, sports performance coaching, post rehab training. I've work with clients of all different types of goals, including but not limited to: weight loss, weight gain, muscle firming and toning, strength training, sport specific training, pre and post natal training, flexibility improvement, core strengthening, and nutritional coaching. I'm here to help you achieve your fitness and health goals!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework, find out what kind of experience your trainer has working with clients of similar goals. Ask for testimonials or before and after pictures and information. Good trainers have had success in helping clients reach their goals.
