looking for an at home intimate dinner for two and we looked up a few chefs in the area. saw the reviews for chef loic and we took a shot. we were extremely pleased with his professionalism and skill. our meal was excellent and we had a great time. highly recommended, 5 stars!

Chef Loïc made our special evening that much better! Chef Loïc was patient and really cared about creating the perfect menu to highlight our anniversary dinner. He surprised us with a beautifully designed menu to keep as a memoir and other little goodies that I will not spoil! The food blew our expectations away! Chef Loïc takes the time to get the absolute best ingredients and executed every dish so perfectly. He is very personable and leaves the house spotless. Highly recommended!! Menu: 1. Charcuterie board with meats, cheese and bread from Chefs home country of France 2. Fresh crab and avocado salad (not shown) 3. Scallops with mushroom risotto and short rib with mashed potatoes and green beans 4. Three layer chocolate cake

    Every dinner/event is unique on so many ways : number of the party, client’s expectations, occasion, etc. My goal is to give the expected service and joy a sharing moments for everyone at the right price ✅

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communication ! 📩. Exchange and be aware of every details and expectations (allergies, spirit, occasions, ...), propose a menu that matches and be sure that the client is happy with every details because at the end, it is what it matters. 🙌🏼

    With nearly 18 years in the industry, I have been working in France and in US, most of my life, including 10 years for a well-known French chef, Monsieur Paul Bocuse 🇫🇷👨🏻‍🍳
