- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a Limited 2-year painting warranty. We also know that quality is not cheap but we work with the customer to find ways to deliver a quality product that fits their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide the best service possible to its customers, CertaPro has developed the "Certainty Service System". The core objective of this process is the "Certainty Pledge" which is to ensure that "the customer only has to tell their story once". This is a process that explores all of the customer's important issues in the first meeting so that there are no missed opportunities to deliver exactly what the customer is expecting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a degree in engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA, but eventually ended up working for 10 years with my uncle who was an experienced painting contractor.
