We recently purchased a Beach House in St.Augustine FL, but we live in Tampa FL. As with any home purchase. There were list of things that needed to be done, and being new to the area. We had no handyman connections! I used ThumbTack to find our flooring person. And had amazing results, so I figured..... let give it another try. We were having new countertops installed, and the company that installed the granite countertops did not reconnect the plumbing (which is pretty standard practice). So we needed someone to reconnect the plumbing, install a garbage disposal, and install a new kitchen faucet. I proceeded with the normal thumbtack process, and Marty was the 1st to reply. His response was prompt, courteous, and he was able to give me an immediate price. Which is extremely helpful when you are trying to keep things moving, when you are renovating an entire house. He was on time, and even called and sent pictures of a problem that the granite company created, and was able to help us fix that issue as well. He completed the needed work, and did an amazing job! We met another couple who was moving into the area, and I gave them Marty’s number, and he has already completed several jobs for them as well. We have found our new handyman in St.Augustine FL. He’s honest, reasonable, and simply put a very nice person and that’s important to me. Marty has other work that he will also being doing for us in the future. If you are looking for a can do a little bit of everything person. Marty is your guy. Stop right here, and hire him. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Marty for your help, we appreciated your ability to help us from afar, and for helping us so quickly!!!

Marty was easy to work with, responsive, conscientious, and very fair. He did what he said he would and kept me abreast of what he was doing at all times, which is valuable when you are remote. Services were painting interior of house and general handyman needs. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

I recently hired Marty to take out a wall in my new house. It’s an old house and of course the project came with some unexpected speed bumps, but It didn’t phase Marty one bit—he came with great ideas and got the job done quickly and inexpensively. I have many other projects I’d like to have done and he is now my go-to handyman. I’m almost tempted to leave him 1 star so everyone else doesn’t fill up his calendar 😆 Thanks for a job well done, Marty! P.S. He does his own electrical and taping, as well.
