Marty was on time and had extensive knowledge concerning door removal and installation. He was able to tear out the old jam and use the existing trim for the new door. When he left, the new door was installed as if had been there originally, with no mess left behind. It was obvious he can do most any construction related task. I will hire him again for anything I can't handle.

He was able to do the work the same-day and to accommodate my work schedule. When he arrived on the job, Marty got right to work and was clearly going through his checklist built from experience. This was my first time using Thumbtack and I couldn't be more happy. I hired Marty to put on an interior door this past week. There was originally no door on this room when we bought the house. I had bought a door slab, knob and the replacement hinges. He was responded back to me promptly and arrived ready to the job on time. He quickly went to work and solved problems well that were encountered along the way. He was professional and provided high quality work at an excellent and competitive price. I really enjoyed working with Marty, It does not take long for you to see he knows his stuff. He is experienced in a multitude of areas and takes his time to get it done correctly. I requested him to install cabinets and he ended up installing cabinets, making countertops out of tables, installing a sink and anything else I asked him to do and none of them were installations of the norm! He even shifted around some things to get my job complete ASAP because we were trying to open our business! He’s not just a great worker but a great person! His cost is extremely competitive and I will definitely hire him again in the future!
