I just hired Sylvia. She has only done one cleaning for me so far; but seems to be very detail oriented. Our rental unit will be in good hands with her. Our initial meeting was very professional. She is taking pictures and emailing them to me after each renter and then again after her cleaning. She is very thorough.

Ok, you kept leaving me the purple sheet, so I am hear now to say, "I LOVE The FLORIDA MAID CLEANING SERVICE." They do a wonderful job on my home, I have no complaints, the staff is friendly, on time and very efficient! They are professional. We love those Friday's when we come HOME to a freshly cleaned HOUSE! I love the checklists that tells me everything that has been done. Highly recommended them. Thank you for a job well done, always!

I have a Vacation Rental and hired Sylvia and Janos to clean the house in between rentals, since my previous cleaning lady moved out of state. Since I am not local to my vacation rental and that was their first cleaning job in my house, I asked a dear friend (retired Italian house wife) to check on the results. She was thrilled and said "The house is spotless and shines and you can eat from the floor. She checked all nooks and crannies that often getting overlooked and still was extremely pleased how meticulous the cleaning was performed. She gave Sylvia 5 star, so consider it an 8!!! Sylvia sent me the "after" pictures so I can take a look. Perfection! Sylvia communicated with me all the time. I am looking forward for a long and fruitful relationship with Sylvia and Yanos.
