- What types of customers have you worked with?
Your personal training and Pilates sessions begin with a complete personal fitness and health assessment including your weight, measurements, posture analysis, blood pressure testing, body fat measurements, lifestyle and fitness questionnaire and medical history. Private sessions are recommended for clients new to Pesronal Training or Pilates who want a customized program tailored for their individual needs. Also required for clients newly out of physical rehabilitation and/or dealing with specific injuries/difficulties. Partner sessions are available for two persons interested in sharing their workouts together. Our small group class programs offer an affordable options for persons who enjoy sharing their workouts in a small group while still receiving individualized instruction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We offer 30 minute, complimentary, initial consultations at our studio, by phone or in your home. We want to know all about your needs and goals and answer all your important questions. During this consultation, we offer referrals from our satisfied, happy clients.
