Introduction: We are a private, personal training and Pilates studio offering personal training, Pilates, Essentrics, and small group fitness classes, including group training and classical stretch. We have been serving our local Palm Harbor area since 1996. Our studio is open by appointment; all sessions and classes require advance registration. Work out in a private, comfortable environment, one on one. In-home personal training is offered in clients' homes within 5 to 15 miles from our studio.

I have been working out with Jean for over 8 years. I have never had the same work out twice. At the beginning of every work out she asks me how I feel and if anything is hurting or tight in my body.If I have any issues she will adjust the work out she has planned for the session. She always gives me her full attention.(She is never talking of the phone, texting ,snacking, ect during a session) . I am now a lot fitter , feel stronger. She also gave me a lot of great advice about nutrition, introduced me to protein shakes and bar. This keeps me going during a 4 hour round of golf. I plan on working out with Jean for another 10 or twenty years! She is part of my life style.

I have been training w/Jean for over a year, pilates, circuit & essentrics. Her style is like none I have experienced because she cares. Her knowledge,attention to form and nutrition are key to getting the best results and NO injuries. I am in my 50's and have exercised my entire life, this experience has been life changing.

JEAN IS THE MOSTO KNOWLEDGEABLE TRAINER/TEACHER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. SHE HELPS EVERYONE WITH ALL ASPECTS OF NUTRITION AND FITNESS AND REALLY CARES ABOUT EACH INDIVIDUAL AND THEIR NEEDS. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING JEANS CLASSES OR PERSONAL TRAINING. YOU WILL GET MORE OUT OF THEM THAN YOU IMAGINE!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Your personal training and Pilates sessions begin with a complete personal fitness and health assessment including your weight, measurements, posture analysis, blood pressure testing, body fat measurements, lifestyle and fitness questionnaire and medical history. Private sessions are recommended for clients new to Pesronal Training or Pilates who want a customized program tailored for their individual needs. Also required for clients newly out of physical rehabilitation and/or dealing with specific injuries/difficulties. Partner sessions are available for two persons interested in sharing their workouts together. Our small group class programs offer an affordable options for persons who enjoy sharing their workouts in a small group while still receiving individualized instruction.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    We offer 30 minute, complimentary, initial consultations at our studio, by phone or in your home. We want to know all about your needs and goals and answer all your important questions. During this consultation, we offer referrals from our satisfied, happy clients.
