Since I met Matt I am more motivated to do my work outs. Not had only he cares about you when you are at the gym but he takes it outside the box and he cares about how and what are you doing outside the gym to stay on track. He helps you with everything you may be going through that is holding you back to reach your goal. He is a very positive person and makes you what to do more and do better. I have become a better person just by knowing him, I see working out completely different because of Matt.
I trained with Carlos a few years back, was then and still is the best trainer I ever had. He is consistent, competant, encouraging, and caring. And one of the toughest guys I ever met. John is great at what he does. First he asks you a series of questions to determine what your fitness goals. His plans differ depending on what your fitness goals are. His workouts are challenging but produce results. The best thing is that uses different methods of weight training and cardio to increase your results. If a workout is too difficult he will show you how to modify it. The best thing I liked about John is that he came to me. I didnt have to go to a crowded gym to meet him. He is very knowledgable in nutrition and supplements. I would highly recommend John to anyone whos serious about achieving their weightloss and fitness goals. You cant compare John's services with those trainers at those big box gyms. His prices are affordable compared to other trainers I have used.

Zach is the best trainer ever! I have always been into the gym and exercising (I have had three different trainers in the past) but nothing compares to the workouts I have with him. I have been training with Zach for a little over two years. In this time, we have never repeated the same workout once. This is one of the reasons I love training with him. Zach mixes all sorts of fun and exciting routines that result in the most challenging and yet rewarding non-stop workouts. We do high intensity weights and cardio with quite a bit of boxing mixed in. On average, I will burn 800-1000 calories an hour, and am drench with sweat upon completion. The hour is never easy, but is always fun. In the past, I have gotten burnt out with the same monotonous workouts I would experience with other trainers. I can honestly say that since working out with Zach, I have never been bored or dreaded a single workout! Zach is extremely motivating. He is very knowledgeable about diet and nutrition as well. He is able to customize a person's workout in order to best facilitate their needs and desires. If you have an injury or any issue, his vast understanding of the mechanics of the body, allow him to modify any workout to fit the client. I personally have never felt better or stronger! I highly recommend Zach for anyone looking to experience amazing body and mind transformation!!
Noah deserves 10 stars! He is an outstanding personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, caring, focused and lots of fun to work out with. Noah is able to adjust workouts to meet my needs and is always evaluating the work we do together. I continue to progress with my fitness goals because of Noah. I have seen him train people of all abilities, always showing genuine concern for his clients. And although I would never have believed this, I LOVE boxing with him!
