Dan was simply great. On short notice he was able to put together a beautiful and elegant decor for my wedding reception. The flowers was amazing. The staff was awesome and pleasant. I would highly recommend Unforgettable Events for any event coordinating and decorating.

I hired Creative Concierge to decorate and provide supplies for a wedding shower and they executed the party to perfection! They communicated with me through the whole process to ensure the party was exactly how I wanted it. They offered expert guidance on what games to include and provided the products needed. I also rented the champagne wall which was a big hit at the event! The set up and break down of the event was seamless and done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Creative Concierge to anyone who needs an eventdecorator.

We had a festive brunch celebration at a bounce house indoor space. I had asked Nicole to transform it to a glam , formal dining space for the adults to enjoy. She went above and beyond. I was so happy with her and her team. Not only was the decor on point and amazing, she managed to find time to help with every aspect of the party. I would recommend her whole heartedly. She made my event perfect.

I strongly suggest that you do not hire this company! Especially if you want peace of mind, for such an important day. Initially when I met with Cindy, I was interviewing multiple event planners, this was after my first planner got sick and could no longer work. However, I chose Cindy, because she seemed relatable and I liked her personality. I only needed her for set up, break down, linen rental, high top table rental, bouquets and boutonnières. Since I didn’t need her as a coordinator she suggested a lowered price of a small event planner. I should have known better since in the beginning we agreed to meet at the venue for a walk through. I get there, and she is running an hour behind. However she didn’t tell me until after It was too late for me not to drive the distance out there. I said it’s fine things happen, but unfortunately I could not wait that long as I still needed to be able to pick my kids up from school. So we rescheduled. I had to pay the 50% deposit to book with her which I did and we discussed centerpieces ideas. I asked for a mock table to see what the set up would look like which she said she would get me after we met. Upon actually meeting her she seemed nice. We did the walk through, we discussed my colors, my layout, centerpieces, linen, and a mock table again, etc. After the meeting I didn’t get a mock up table and I asked multiple times over a span of a few weeks and didn’t get a response. I eventually emailed Cindy and cc’d my husband; then I got a response. The centerpieces she sent, we did not like; so I suggested an alternative. She did have the alternative as an option and was still to tie in my colors. So I thought everything was fine from our conversation. She also sent me a bouquet option which I told her I did like, but confirmed that it would be in my colors and she responded yes. 3 days before the wedding she now doesn’t have bouquet options in my colors; so I had to scramble to get things and make my own bouquets. Her response was that I needed to be accountable for my wedding decor falling through even though this is what I paid her for. She stated that she rents the bouquets and they are set in their colors and can’t be altered; wish I knew that ahead of time I wouldn't have booked her for that and just booked someone else. I don’t know why she would continue to work with someone if they couldn’t deliver my colors as previously discussed. She also didn’t have anything to tie in my colors into the centerpieces and she didn’t even know my colors as she kept referencing the wrong colors. I had to provide items for centerpieces as well. I tried to come to a resolution on the phone with her which is aggravating because she hears no one but herself, and will over-talk you to death; she is very condescending and rude. She tried many times to justify why things we wrong and had many excuses. Including family sickness, or being busy with other events. She also started ranting that she was never suppose to do a walkthrough which I never knew was a problem, because she didn’t say anything until she was unable to deliver services. I am not sure how she was suppose to set up for a wedding in a venue if she has never seen it. She also had an issue with needing to contact vendors for items that she would need in order to complete decor set up stating that she is not a coordinator and therefor should not have to contact vendors for services that she provides. So I ended up making my own bouquets, ordering my own boutonnières because they were from the same company that was using the wrong color and they didn’t match. I also provided things for centerpieces, and I broke down my own wedding at the end. Do not and I mean DO NOT give yourself this headache, there are plenty of other planners that can make your day special, and this is not one of them! I don’t know where her good reviews come from; she must pay for them. Worst experience ever and now Is the memory of my wedding.
