- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session always starts oth is getting to know each other for 15 minutes, discussing goals. After that we get measurements and weight so we can have an idea of the numbers we are working with. Lastly I place my clients through a physical screening which involves a cardio test, push up test, and squat test to check out the client cardiovascular levels while also any muscular imbalances they may have.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom inspired me to become a trainer after her diagnosis of diabetes.
