"I needed a contractor that I could trust and one that would be honest with me. When I met Hank (the president) he was friendly and seemed to know a lot about historic houses. He was willing to go with me to look at a few properties to see what I was up against. When we set up a day and time to meet, Hank was prompt and knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of remodeling a historic home. He met with me on two occasions to inspect potential properties. Throughout the process of looking for properties, not only did he make himself available to come with me but also on the phone when I had questions. As it turns out, I did not purchase a historic house but I did purchase a house that needed an extensive amount of gutting and remodeling. Val-Trell used top of the line products but were fair with their prices. After I moved in, I noticed that they installed and added a few things that I know I did not pay for. Val-Trell spent 4 months at the property and every time that I went to check in, there were workers there and Hank was present too. The workers were tidy and cleaned up every day before leaving. I love my new house and I'm looking forward to working with Val-Trell in the future when I finally purchase a historic house. If you are looking for a honest, professional and reliable construction company, call Hank at Val-Trell Construction."
