Delena was wonderful in solving our layout/design dilemma. We consulted with her to discuss what we were looking for, where she asked questions so that she had a good feel of our style...and lifestyle! She made sure she knew how we wanted to utilize our space... ...and then she made it happen! Oh my gosh, did she! We left the house for her to perform her “magic”, and we were pleased beyond our expectations when we returned and saw the results! Beautiful! In addition, we brought up other things we were considering to enhance the areas she had just designed. She had so many ideas and suggestions! And when we decided to implement some of the suggestions, she coordinated with her subcontractors to execute the projects. Delena is a true professional, and easy to communicate ideas and projects with. She was always punctual for any of our meetings, and quick to respond to phone calls and texts. She always initiates follow-ups too! We highly recommend her!

I moved to this area from Atlanta where I had the good fortune to have several designers work with me on three homes. When I moved to the Pensacola area and moved into my first home, I knew that it needed a decorator's touch but thought I'd never find anyone here with the talent available in a large city like Atlanta. I researched the local designers and decided to give Delena Denham a shot. She met with me before we even moved into the house. Within a few weeks, I had a beautiful "home" -- not just a "house". That was in 2007. Delena has redesigned rooms and entire homes for me and has created a beautiful environment for our holiday celebrations over the last 13 years. She has also become a dear friend. Delena is amazing! She picks the most incredible pieces for her staging. We are currently staging our second property with her and absolutely love working with her. She listens to your needs and really fulfills the desired look to a T. She has an amazing eye for design and we will continue to work with her on future projects!!

Delena is phenomenal! As the British would say, brilliant! She’s an incredible decorator and is super easy to work with. She has tremendous vision and fantastic ideas, but she listens to what you want and follows your esthetic. Delena works with you to decorate as much or as little as you want to tackle. If you are interested in refurbishing furniture or items that you already have she’s all in. She’s a consummate professional, is very talented, honest, and trustworthy. When she was finished with my house I was thrilled and couldn’t have been more pleased! It looked like pictures out of a magazine. I highly recommend Delina. Give her a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  The Genesis of our company started in the origins of the one- day decorating concept that began in the Spring of 1997! From there, it progressed as a freelance movie- set decorator for the Family Channel which essentially segued into full interior design and property home styling which we have been passionately pursuing for 23 years!!

  Our clients are THE best! They are smart, savvy sellers who value the importance and strategy that staging provides for optimizing their property in the marketplace! Whether one day re-design or a full home design /remodel or reno, communication is paramount. 👍
