Ms Mueller has been our IT go to for ANY computer related issues for the past 3 years. From hardware to software she knows how to "fix" whatever is broken. My co-worker and I are pretty needy when it comes to the computer. In the past 3 years she has assisted with upgrading our hardware which went extremely smooth. She is more than willing to help with minor issues such as emails not sending or displaying correctly. In fact what we usually have to do is grant her access to our computer so she can see what our problem is because we can't even intelligently describe to her. THANK YOU MARTINA! Mueller IT Solutions is this place I call whenever I need reputable computer care. What I find most appealing is their ability to diagnose or fix my computer remotely versus having to bring it in to the office - this has been a Godsend since I work regular business hours Monday - Friday. My home computer crashed, took it in she repaired it in a timely manner. Since then she has me set up where i just call and she repairs it on line, love it. Very professional turn around time is fast. Prices are very good. EdJul 15, 2015

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge flat rates at our shop and an hourly rate for house calls. Remote jobs are treated as if they were preformed in the shop and therefore also receive flat rate prices. Our prices are posted for easy viewing on our wall.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Informing my new customer what kind of service he/she can expect from us. I explain how from now on whenever there is a question or problem with the PC to simply give us a call and we will help them remotely. No need to have to drag the PC in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelors degree from UWF in Computer Science and Information Systems. A certificate in Website Development. I'm signed up as a partner with Intel, Microsoft, WD, AMD, HP and Toshiba which gives me the opportunity to stay informed of all the latest technologies and participate in online training sessions.
