1) Protect and cover: All furniture, carpet/flooring and belongings will be moved, covered, and protected.
2) Prep and repair: Remove all nails and fill all holes and gaps. Re-caulk areas needed.
3) Sand: Walls, trim, and baseboards.
4) Paint: High quality interior paint for a long duration.
5) Restore: Clean up.
Exterior painting:
1) Pressure washing: We will clean all exterior surface areas.
2) Prep and repair: Repair needed areas, Waterproof caulk areas with holes or gaps.
3) Protect and Cover: All Landscaping, windows, and surrounding areas will be covered and protected.
4) Paint: High quality exterior paint for a long duration.
5) Restore: Clean-up
