It was a hit! We hosted a small event (around 35 guests) for Tampa City Officials and the Mayor. The menu was well thought out, and varied to satisfy a variety of preferences. The meatballs were a favorite, and the fruit tea and small desserts were delicious! Delivery and setup were completed early, and Chef Tamara was very pleasant to work with. We will likely be a repeat customer!

The food was mouthwatering delicious! I was so blown away by the food and then they serve it to us which was a wonderful touch. I loved chef Vivian she was so nice and wonderful to me and my husband. She even learned how to make my favorite appetizer and served it and it tasted amazing. Chef Vivian's food should be in a five star restaurant it's so amzing.

Cheryl sets the bar wayyy to high for private chefs. Once you have had a private chef experience with her, you will never invite a different chef into your home or private event. From the moment I hired Cheryl for a surprise couple's dinner over Labor Day Weekend, she made it very clear that she aimed to provide a "blow you away" experience. First she designed the three course menu. I told her what I had in mind (lighter dinner - fish and seafood) and she instantly started providing her ideas with pictures of different dishes, different types of fish, sauces, presentation styles, etc. We agreed on a shrimp polenta cake w romesco sauce topped w sauteed carrots appetizer, an atlantic cod on a bed of smashed potatoes with olive and mushrooms, and a creme brulee. Our friends that we surprised with the meal both said it was one of the best meals they had ever had. We agreed. Leading up to the day of the event, Cheryl covered all the details. Since we were staying at a resort, she asked about everything from the type of dishes available to whether she should bring a tablecloth. She made wine recommendations, and even brought us a bottle for the dinner. The final presentation was perfect. Cheryl connected immediately with our group and was ready to impress - she got right to work when she arrived, but not after exchanging pleasantries and making sure that she knew her audience. All in all, Cheryl provides white glove customer service, has the most genuinely friendly and professional personality and is awesome to work with. She impresses from the moment you say YES, and even before that. Her cooking is delicious. It was a gourmet meal that we would have paid much, much, much more for at a reataurant, but she brought it to the comfort of our home (hotel). The presentation of the food was impressive, and everything was served with so much love. Cheryl takes great pride in what she does. We look forward to making Cheryl's cooking a part of our yearly tradition. I would never consider using anyone else. You will not be disappointed with Cheryl. Dont look any further - you have found your private chef for life. Dawn is so very professional and knowledgeable. I am giving my 2 kids the gift of cooking lessons with her for Christmas. She is prepared, conscientious, and thorough in explanation and goals. I know my kids are going to learn how to cook basics and work their way up to being chefs one day! I would recommend Dawn to anyone, either for a private chef, one time lesson or multiple lessons.

Chef Jenner is amazing! She cooked a surprised vegan dinner for 7 for my fiance's birthday. The food was soooooo good even the non-vegans loved every bite of it. Not only was the food to die for, she has an awesome personality. Very personable and engaged. Thanks for making his 30th birthday one to remember. Lisi is great! We hired her for a bachelorette party and she prepared 2 appetizers, a salad, entree and dessert for a group of 6. The whole group agreed that her demeanor and cooking were fantastic and certainly the highlight of our weekend! Pasta Chef catered my Son and Daughter in Laws wedding on the 25th of March. From planning in the beginning to the actual day they went above and beyond in all aspects. The food was delicious and the options and choices for extras if you chose to were endless. We had the pasta stations, coffee bar and bar tending services. Their decor was exceptional! The private cooking class was a Father's Day gift for my husband who let me say "can't cook". Chef Christophe was very responsive and listen to what type of experience I was looking to give my husband and Chef Christophe DELIVERED!!!!! Colleen had dinner ready exactly on time. She brought the food needed to prepare a delicious dinner. She prepared chicken with a white wine sauce, spinach, yellow squash, and a eye & tummy pleasing salad. Diner was full of vibrant colors, inticing smells and scrumptious food. Colleen cleaned the kitchen and washed every dish by hand (since I don't own a dishwasher). She definitely went the extra mile and to top it off she brought a bonus dessert, her newly tested key lime pie recipe.

I have had one of the best experiences with Luis from Lou's Catering. His presentation and food are top rate. Every guest was wowed by the amount of food and taste of all then food. Luis is patient and eager to please. I was extremely happy and very pleased with Luis. The experience exceeded by expectations. This was the first time I used Thumbtack and the first time I hired a caterer to cater all the food and also do all the BBQing at the party, it was an awesome experience. Kaitlynd has been great to work with! After providing a menu the prior week from which we pick and choose our meals, she cooks and drops off a weeks worth of dinner meals each Monday.
