Danielle is absolutely fabulous!! The first time I met her she was so personable, sweet, and very easy to talk to that but she also included me on an awesome paddleboard fitness class that was something I never imagine myself doing but I had a complete blast! Not only did I get the chance to work with Danielle but she also introduced me to and amazing group of ladies. She is so encouraging and introduces you to people who have the same interests that you do when working out! I would absolutely recommend her to anybody that I know!
This trainer is very professional. He shows up on time, he is a great motivator, his workouts and training are well put together to suit my personal goals. Im just a week in with training with him. I will return back for further feedback in about a month.
I have been training with Jenn Rutherford for a few months now. She has impressed me with her in-depth knowledge on nutritional consulting and gone above and beyond to educate me on eating properly. By making suggestions, providing me with a nutritional guide and customized recipes that I need to attain the desired results. She really makes an effort to listen to your needs and customize a program that works for you. She is also flexible works with her schedule to best accommodate for the client. Jenn is detail oriented and trainer that finds passion in what she does. Without a doubt, I would continue to recommend her.
Burg fitness has been exactly what I have been looking for. If you are ready to challenge your body and fit into your old clothes this is the place. These group fitness classes are not your typical ones because they work in small groups and can individually make recommendations on your posture and push you to the limit! All of the trainers are extremely friendly and have killer bodies which is always motivating! I highly recommend Burg fitness to those who truly wants to see some results. I honestly feel like I have never had a real workout prior to coming here. That's how challenging it is but WORTH it. You won't be disappointed.
I have known Bethany professionally for going on 10 years and have always been in awe of her knowledge and dedication to all things involving health and fitness. After writing my own workout programs and dietary plans since college, I found myself at a stagnation point and turned to Ms. Reul for some one-on-one consultation. After a quick assessment of my physical situation, it took her no time to pinpoint exactly what I needed to implement, both nutritionally and activity-wise, to reach my specific goal (I was training for a very 'physical' role in a feature film). With the personal fitness industry so saturated with people and their 'claims', it's nice to know there's a Bethany Reul out there that provides an honest, no-nonsense service for those of us who are serious about our fitness goals.
Great personal trainer. Cornell at Tru U is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who has taught me alot just in the few days i have worked with him. He is very patient and takes the time to explain everything to you. From workout routines to fit your fitness goals, to a wide variety of routines to mix it up you will have fun in each session.
John is an absolutely amazing coach and mentor. When I first started training with him I was unsure of the fitness route I wanted to take. He helped me find my passion with Olympic lifts and improve my form and technique! I also trained BJJ and boxing techniques with him and learned so much! I highly recommend him for anyone of any fitness level, from beginners to the more advanced. He's always willing to push you so you reach your full potential!
I hired Leslie to help with rehab from knee replacement surgery. She has been perfect! She immediately designed a program to help re-align my knee. She is intelligent, congenial & focused. Exercise sessions have been in the pool at the Long Center so far. Each hour is completely filled. As a birthday gift our daughter and son presented us with an in home training session with Heather and Roger who coincidentally was chosen through Thumbtack. Our daughter spent hours researching to find a trainer who she felt qualified to suit our needs and it was a great fit! We were not disappointed, they are extremely knowledgeable, not only with different exercises, but also in how the muscles work and relate to one another. Both she and Roger have provided us with extensive workout programs to strengthen and tone our aging muscles (64 yrs old). They were very considerate in making sure we did not strain or hurt ourselves in any way. Heather has kindly divided our training exercises into three separate day workouts to benefit different areas and using only a floor mat, elastic bands and hand weights. My husband and I work as a team, providing encouragement and at the same time doing our part to stay in shape. When I came to Thumbtack seeking a new bootcamp trainer for our group I didn't set my expectations too high. And sure enough, Ave more than exceeded any expectation I could have set. She's an awesome trainer and really knows her craft. She's wicked on-time and very inspiring and motivational. I couldn't have found a better trainer who's not afraid to tell it like it is and give us the workout we need for the best results. I would highly recommend her for any personal training needs.

Ive worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now Ive incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training .well, I just dont manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals plus hes a lot of fun!

Nohelia is very knowledgeable about fitness. She was able to identify my weak areas quickly and come up with routines to target those muscles. I have been training with her for a few months and I am extremely happy with my results. I'm leaner and stronger than I've been in a long time. And best of all I find it easy to train with her and look forward to my sessions.
