Leo is the best trainer I have had. He is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and he always has a very positive attitude. He is a stickler for proper form and he encourages me to do more than I would on my own. He gives me exercises to do when I come to the gym alone to supplement the sessions I have with him. He also discusses proper nutrition and good eating habits with me. He is the real deal.
I have been training with Master Diaz for a little over a year now and I am beyond happy with how things have gone. My fitness is at an all time high and is continuing to improve. Master Diaz has also provided me with firearms training for my concealed weapons permit and that was again top knotch. Many of my friends have told me what a joke their concealed classes were, but Master Diaz' course was thorough and something shooters of all skill levels could learn from. Coach Sterling is a fantastic kickboxing coach. I'm 44 and staying in killer shape is hard work. Juggling kids, their activities, and a household makes for little extra time. When I have an hour, I want to have it all done. Sterling provides the cardio, strength training, and the core work in just one hour ! He's positive, encouraging , knowledgeable, and a fabulous coach. With his kickboxing training 2 times a week I have gone from looking good in clothes to good in a bikini. I have tried everything there is out there for workouts and kickboxing with Sterling is by the absolute BEST. Try it!
Jack taught me Tai Chi at a Medical Fitness Association (MFA) Certified Medical Fitness Center. He was patient and accepting of the limitations of his students. Nick trained me for over a year. He is personable and reliable. Whenever I felt as though I wanted to quit during a workout, Nick was able to push me and give me the motivation I needed to continue. He is well versed in kickboxing and striking techniques, as well as body weight exercises, yoga poses, and HIIT workouts.
