I hired Danielle July 2015 for personal training sessions. I absolutely hate working out and didn't not want to go to the gym. However, I needed to lose weight to become more healthy. Danielle offers training at my house, on my schedule, and adapts the workouts to meet my needs. In two months, I lost 14 pounds and many, many inches. Each week, I train for two sessions with Danielle. She provides a homework routine for a third day and I add cardio. After two months, I found out I was pregnant. Since then, I have continued my personal training sessions with Danielle and she adapts the workouts to meet my current abilities. Love her!
I worked with Keith last year and got in the best shape of my life. I lost 20 pounds! What was so great about Keith's program was he made positive changes that you can learn for life. He analyzed my food diary and let me know healthy alternatives for snacks and meals. I lost 5 pounds just from reducing my sugar intake! He also worked with me to create a cardio plan on days I didn't work out with him. The workouts were always different and the difficulty levels increased as I got in better shape. Jenn is really great! I am 31 years old and in fairly good shape but I was needing some guidance in my workouts. I am not much of a gym goer and do not really enjoy working out with machines. Jenn comes to my house, she brings her own equipment, yet she is very flexible to and willing to go to your own gym as well. I have been working with her once a week since the New Year and she has taught me so much already. She has a very gentle approach yet pushing me to my goal. She is a great nutritionist, not the lecturing type, and feels like you are talking to a long time friend who has a genuine interest in you and your health. Jared is an excellent trainer who customizes and prepares for every session based on both your short term needs and long term goals. He definitely produces results and is well worth the investment of time snd money. He's always on time and ready for your workout, maximizing your every minute in the gym. And he coaches and encourages you on any of your outside-gym efforts. His technique is efficient and effective, and packs a lot in what for some may seem a short appointment. I think it's the secret to his success with so many otherwise very busy people. He is clearly professional in how he runs his business and responds to your questions. He's very friendly, quick with a joke, and almost makes his tough workouts enjoyable. I would always recommend him, and he will always be my first choice in a trainer.
Daniel has been great about customizing a workout based upon my goals and needs. I've only been going to Daniel for a couple of months, but am already seeing great results from the workouts.
Mike is an excellent trainer who is able to push you while making it fun and interesting. He is knowledgeable about the body and various means to challenge you at your exact fitness level. His high energy workouts, caring personality, and experience make him the best trainer I've ever worked with.

I never felt comfortable in a gym until I had the opportunity to train with James. His diverse background of training styles made him the perfect coach for me while I navigated my way through my fitness journey. So far he's trained me to perform Olympic lifts, high volume plyometric workouts, any and all TRX-style training, body building and physique training, as well as how to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll. Additionally he totally opened my eyes when it comes to mobility, which has kept me injury-free.
