Bryan Daskam is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I know he probably feels like he sounds like a broken record to his class participants, buy just LISTEN TO HIM! I always loved the 7 years+ training, Jeffery Montalbano provided for myself and my 2 children Whether it was weight training, boot camp or jujitsu Jeff always kept us in shape in a energic, healthy and fun way to train I started with Jeff years ago as a suggestion from my orthopedist I was having such back trouble, the doctor was telling me weight training was my only hope. Jeff should of gone the route of med school. He provides such knowledge in what he does and truly has the skill and drive beyond the definition of a personal trainer Also,his passion for children is what makes his talent for what he provides, second to none.

Rosalinda does an excellent job in keeping your workouts varied for individual sessions. It is never the same exact workout (and I have been with her for 6 months now). I like that it is varied and that she keeps me accountable and motivated - these are things that I would not have otherwise working out on my own. She also does boot camps on Saturdays in which she workouts with the people who attend. Her prices are affordable and she is a great trainer!

Jim Gibson is an excellent fitness trainer, motivator and coach. Before we started Jim took the time to understand my fitness goals and then proceeded to put together a training regime that included balance, muscle tone and stamina. Jim also conducts a weekly boot camp which adds fun to fitness. I highly recommend Jim to anyone considering a personal fitness trainer.
Bad booty boot camp is an amazing experience. I thought I was in great shape regularly doing p90x, insanity, and playing basketball. But she rocks and busts your balls like no other! I have never been more spent but energized! Wow

In a 1 hour session, Boot Camp provides strength, cardio, and stretching for overall fitness and health for maximum fat-blasting! You never get bored because each session is a different routine. Blake makes it fun but challenging.
Very professional! I got an answer and initial offer very quick and the whole "kick-off" process went very smooth and in a timely matte. Keith and his team were super flexible about meeting and training place, etc. I felt that I was advised really well and honest( e.g. form of training, frequency, food, etc.) As far as the actual training, I have done many boot camps gyms, yoga and cycling classes but I can say this training is awesome, feels very effective, keeps me motivated and fun! I ts been over a week and I already notice a difference! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape!
I joined TBR on January 6th weighing in at 168.2. After doing the 28 day Transformation Challenge, I weighed in at 158 and having lost 14.5 inches. This program consisting of a great environment to work out in, great coaches, and friendly and very encouraging fellow campers. Also, the food suggestions have made it easier and all so very do able.THIS PROGRAM WORKS IF YOU WORK IT! I did and I'm glad I'm still working it.
I've attended several of the Fit Camps run by Anna. She is sure that everyone there understands the exercise at each of the stations by demonstrating and pointing out correct body positions and alignments necessary to gain ultimate results safely. She also suggests alternative moves to increase gains or allow for easier workout for beginners. She is extremely supportive and encouraging to all participants! I strongly recommend joining her workouts!
TMBC is awesome!!!.i love how Allison targets your problem areas and helps design a workout that suits all of your needs..She is motivational and for me has broke me out of my shell..within a couple of weeks i have seen my body transform and my self confidence and esteem is much more positive. This camp works at all levels which helped me even more because now i am doing things i never dreamed i can do....i highly recommend this camp ladies so come check it out and get to gettin..u wont be disappointed ...
