Al was available the same day I contacted him to install a ceiling fan for my living room and a basic light fixture for my dining room. I was pleasantly surprised that he was available the same day. He arrived around the time he said he would. He charged a reasonable rate. He emphasized using gloves, Lysol wipes and alcohol for sanitary reasons which I really liked. He cleaned up his work areas and wiped anything he touched. He ensured everything worked properly after his work was complete, and asked if I was truly satisfied. If I had any concerns or questions, he was responsive to make sure those were addressed. He definitely did a great job and I will certainly hire him again for future projects. Thanks Al.

Al Carranza came out to install a security camera system that we had purchased for our manufactured home out in the country. He was quick to respond to our request, and did an excellent job on the install. It looks fantastic! He listened carefully to our needs, including leaving room for running extra cameras later, and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. We are extremely grateful we hired him to do our install, because while he was doing the work, he noticed a major leak under our home, from a broken outlet pipe coming from our washer. We had noticed a mildew smell since moving in a year ago, but both our home inspector and air conditioner repairmen missed the cause. Al found the issue and completely fixed and repaired it. We are so glad, as no one else had noticed it, and it would have caused major damage to our home over time. We highly recommend his services, and will be using him again in the near future. He’s careful, pays attention to small details, and his prices are so reasonable they even my stingy 72 year-old father had no complaints about the cost. Thanks so much for doing a wonderful job!

Al was very knowledgeable in the installation of our new surveillance camera system (Ring), new Nest thermostat and lights added to our ceiling fans. His expertise is exceptional.
