- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way that we provide customers with quotes is on a flat rate bases. Meaning, the customer tells us their location, is there stairs involved, furniture in each room, approximate amount of boxes, appliances and distance between both locations. Once we have the above info we will provide the customer with a flat rate for the entire job. So there is no time limitation, it is from when we start to when we finish. If the move takes 3hrs or 6hrs our prices do not fluctuate because it is a flat rate for the entire move. That is what our past customers have enjoyed and conveyed to us; that, not having to worry about a company charging them by the hour and then milking the clock is a relief. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We recommend asking for references and making sure that the price that you are getting is without hidden fees or time limitations or conditions. Also, what we do to guarantee our prices is to provide our customers a flat rate for the entire job to reflect the amount of large furniture or size of home. Most important of all is to get your estimate in writing before moving ahead with any reservation.
