I have known Frantz for over 5 years. As a trainer he is very intense he trains clients aggressively but only to their own limits. He does a thorough check on his clients to see what their restrictions are and everything he needs to provide training speficially made for the one person. He is like no other trainer in the local Boston surroundings. He has his own unique styles and methods. He provides individuals with their own nutrition so along with his great training they see results and get to enjoy a happier, healthy life and less time in the gym and more time enjoying life. Candace is an AWESOME trainer. Not only is she knowledgeable and a great motivator, she is so passionate about fitness and loves to see her clients do well. Whatever your fitness goals are, whether its 20lbs or 100lbs, she will get you there and guide you every step of the way with proper nutrition and workouts that will definitely push your body. I appreciate her no tolerance for BS. She expects you to show up with all you got and put in the work....at every session! I have been training with Dan for over 3 years and when I started I was in moderate shape for a middle aged non athlete male. I really had no specific goals but to make my core stronger. With a variety of exercises, nutrition and advice I have been able to lose weight, build muscle and be in the best shape of my life. Dan is timely, considerate and customer oriented which is missing in most service related businesses. I would highly recommend his services.
Jasmine is an amazing trainer! Even with seeing her as little as 1-2 times a week I see results, and she always has great advice on nutrition or how to keep active between sessions. She's also good at being motivating without being a drill sergeant. ;)

After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
I hired Frankkie to help me lose weight and shape up just after my second pregnancy on January 5, 2018 really not expecting a whole lot of change too soon. In only three weeks the results were astounding and I can't thank him enough. His expert exercise advice along with the nutritional is what really accelerates results. He's a true professional and absolutely knows what he is doing. We're still working together currently and my progress is gaining ground continuously. Chef Mika is the most professional yet personal Chef I have met. She has made Demos for several organizations but she also done private lessons for kids. My daughter absolutely loves to watch and learn from her. She is patient and makes it such a fun experience yet she gives them the confidence to hold knives properly and explain to them the importance of good nutrition. Highly recommend her to anyone!

I was finding that I was experiencing foot pain after eating certain foods and Mikayla helped me determine which foods I should certainly eliminate from my diet and what I could substitute them with. It's helped quite a lot and I'm finding I'm not hobbling around in pain anymore.

Daria is an awesome personal trainer. I wanted to work with a trainer to help kick start my need for exercising. Daria is knowledgeable and professional. She listens to what you want and need. She explains each exercise and demonstrates proper form. She changes up the routines each session...a great variety of exercises...keeping routines and workouts challenging and fun. Daria does an excellent job monitoring and pushing you to the max but within your comfort level. She takes an interest in overall health, nutrition and well being. Don't hesitate to get fit with Daria. I highly recommend her.
