- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my rates are set at a standard rate. I have a rate of 110 a hour for two guys, and 140 three guys, I am a $120 fuel charge. or the customer can go with a basic flat rate depending on how many bedrooms they have, I need strict details of all the heavy items and all the fragile items how many pictures they have and how many TVs. any packing cost extra. packing clothes in wardrobes are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process with working with new customer as I go over my paperwork with them to make sure we have an understanding about the price how long is going to take need to do to move. I'll make sure all belongings are on the truck that pad wrapped if any glass tables wardrobe China hutches will be properly wrapped and protect it pictures will be packed with mirror sleeves. couches and tables will be disassemble and reassemble at the destination and all of their belongings will be put in the proper place before leaving the customer's house making sure that the customer is satisfied with their move. payments will be picked up at the unload. and either cash or certified funds no personal checks will be taken. my job is to leave the customer 100% satisfied with the move
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
for starters I'm a high-school graduate and I've been working for a moving company 8 years and I'm very good at what I do you probably won't find another person that will move you in the fashion that me and my crew will move you in.
