- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is standard according to what the problem is, A compressor has a very different price than a fan motor. A more accurate price is usually when I am able to see the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is important to listen to what concerns the customer has to come to a better understanding on how to resolve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed technical school in 2002 and have been doing A/C and Refrigeration for 14 years. Started business 7 years ago.
