- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a service charge to come out and diagnose your A/C or heater. When we do the repair, we waive this charge. Many things affect the cost of repairs and installations. We'll give you an affordable quote on a great system that we think works best with the information you provide. Please note that prices very greatly between package systems, split systems, and heat pumps. We quote you based on the information you provide. The more information you provide, the more accurate the quote. If you have a system or brand preference in mind, please let us know that way we can offer you the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The hardest thing is to find out what the customer is really looking for. You have to listen really well. When possible, we go out and check the job before we give an estimate. If we can't come out well provide an estimate. We stand behind our quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay versed on the educational requirements of Florida contractors for the County and State. The owner has over 18 years of experience.
