Nicola has been teaching me yoga for the last 3-4 years. One of the best yoga treachers even compared to experiences in miami, nyc and india. Understands my individual requirements for sport and life and tailors the session to meet those needs. I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.
Yoga and meditation. Ksenia is one of the best professionals in the area. For years I have experienced back pain and now it's completely gone. I became stronger and way more flexible than before. Now me and my wife both book private sessions and they are unlike any group class you would ever take. She usually completes sessions with a 15 minute meditation and it's phenomenal. I really feel reborn after each class.

Meredith led 18 of us on a bachelorette through a great 1-hour yoga class. She dedicated the class to the bride, sourcing inspirational and thoughtful poems/prayers about love/marriage. She was always responsive over email, the price was very reasonable, and she was punctual. She was also a good sport when the rain came in and she kept teaching! I would recommend Meredith to anyone.
I was a little nervous about starting yoga so I decided to try some private lessons to test the waters. Best thing I ever did, particulary because I got Emily. She's professional, passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. She worked at my pace, while always gently pushing me to understand and do just the right amount of more. Whether you’re considering getting started or want to brush up on the finer points of yoga, Emily is a great instructor. Incredibly knowledgeable and capable but not arrogant, judgmental or bossy. Added benefit: She has an incredibly beautiful voice for the chants before and after class. Very spiritual and peaceful experience.

Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
I can attest to the fact that yoga and mindfulness practice is a passion for Ann. She is not only eager to learn and to share but she lives loving kindness in her life as a mother and a teacher. She has lead large groups of teachers and administrators in mindfulness and given weekly yoga classes at our school. She is able to reach all levels of yogis and her gentle accepting approach makes her classes accessible and welcoming for all.
Elisa came to our house in Miami Beach to do a private yoga session. She was an awesome instructor who really tailored the session to our needs. She was great at helping us with adjustments to help us learn the right poses. She’s coming back on Wednesday for another session!!
I enjoyed attending both individual, Mum & baby sessions & group yoga with Deb. Not only was she an amazing, well experienced instructor, but she was also always so calming and consistent. It was always an absolute pleasure being in her company and under her thoughtful and personalised guidance. I miss her yoga classes and massages so much. I wish she held classes still in my area.

I think Romi is the best Yoga teacher one could have.. She has this quality of gauging the person's physical issues and providing the right yoga poses. This has proved to help me the most. I don't think I could goto any other yoga teacher after doing yoga with her.

Bianca is an amazing instructor. She really focus on your form, your breath work and meditation. She also spends 20-30 minutes on stretching your entire body before going into any poses, also explaining what body parts are being worked from the inside out. I have been practicing with Bianca for 3 years now at Rainberry Bay in Delray Beach and compairing her to many other Yoga Instructors she is difently one of the best. If anyone is new to Yoga she is someone who will help your needs. If you are a current Yogi she will make you stronger.
Rachel is an outstanding yoga instructor. She has a very healing way about her. I took several classes with her when I first started doing yoga, it was a really great experience. I admire how passionate she is about yoga and sharing it with others.
I was introduced to Franchesca by a friend and I'm so glad I did, she was my first experience with yoga and if wouldn't of been for the great care, attentiveness and pure quality and real concern for me I probaly would of never been interested to continue to practice, her patience and knowledge is Incredible, thank you so much.

I have been teaching yoga for over six years, and have also trained in complimentary and alternative medicine. In regard to yoga, I believe in proper alignment, ease of movement, and a loving attitude to facilitate the healing of misalignments. My own training as a teacher never stops, as I continue with my education by learning new methods, as well as learning from students. I believe we are each our own healers, and my job is to simply guide the process in body, mind, and spirit, to let go of old habits and allow new pathways to emerge.

Here is a little about me: I am a registered ashtanga yoga instructor certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). I have a bachelor's degree in biology from FAU and I am a master's candidate for biomedical neuroscience research. I have been practicing yoga intensively for 1.5 years. I decided to get certified to teach yoga because I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am available for private yoga sessions, small group/family yoga sessions, partner/couple acro yoga sessions, and calisthenics/yoga-based strength workout sessions ranging from 1-2 hours per session. Examples of class types are as follows: * "Beginner's Yoga" class: basic principles of yogic breathing and the proper form of the most common postures you will do in any yoga class. This is meant for beginners who are new to yoga and need extra personal attention. * "Vinyasa style Power Yoga" class: Start with a few gentle warm-up postures, sun salutations, warrior and standing posture series, hip and back openers, and finish with some traditional closing postures. * "Yin Yoga" class: a slow-paced restorative yoga class in which we will hold postures 2-4 minutes to get deep into the connective tissues.
