- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I start by listening to the details of the client's situation so I may find out about who they are, what their needs are, and any particulars that they might find necessary and/ or special. This can be something such as a photographer for their event, a specialty wedding cake, etc. Then I take the time to find out some food info such as likes, dislikes, and allergies. You can expect a menu and financial propopsal within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had the great opportunity of starting my culinary studies during my high school years at Frank H. Peterson, where I studied hands on in their Culinary Arts program for 3 years. I also graduated at Lincoln Tech.' s Culinary Arts program. I also have my Food Safety Manager Cert., and am a member of the USPCA.
