Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote that we give our potential customers includes everything they listed on their inquiry. There is not hidden or unexpected fees. We do offer discounts to all active military and first responders. Proof of service is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new and/or preexisting client is to initially meet in person. We would discuss what kind of event they are planning, how many guest they are expecting, age ranges, what kind of music they would like played, see what packages would be the best fit, go over all the details of the event, and lock the date in (deposite is required to lock in the date). At this time I also provide the client with a preference sheet for them to fill out and return as soon as possible. Between the initial meet and the event, I like to keep in contact with the client either in person or via phone or email. Just in case some plans change or new ideas arise. Two weeks prior to the event I like to meet again to go over the final product, go over any announcements, get correct pronunciation of names, go over a potential song list and talk about any add ons and/or deletions. The day of the event we will show up 2-3 hours prior to the event (if allowed by the venue). During that time we will set all the equipment up, conduct sound checks and lighting check if applicable and be ready to go come party time. We like our clients to be worry free and enjoy their party.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in DJing back in 2000, while in high school. My neighbor. who was a DJ, needed assistance one weekend at a party and I really enjoyed it. From that night on I would assist him at weekend gigs and learned the ropes. Shortly after I was a backup DJ and worked up from there.
