Look for someone who has much experiance and love this job, some out there just do it and dont check their work and take a check others wo do love this line of work will make sure when converting audio and video line up and than the out come quality is either better than the original, or exactly the same with no quality loss. Its always possible to convert and keep the same quality if you know what your doing!)
