I previously worked with two separate companies to have my brand new gas cooktop installed and functionally operational. They could not get the job done and to say that I was frustrated by that would be an understatement. I later contacted Good Guys Gas Services and immediately made contact with Rob. I could tell from our phone call that he was the right person for the job and his service did not disappoint. Rob arrived to my home at the time we agreed on and he was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. And unlike the other vendors, Rob was able to tell me what the issue was with the stove after his initial review and assessment. His pricing was reasonable and fair, he had all the tools needed to perform the job, and I didn't have to leave my home in order to purchase equipment for him. He had everything and came prepared to do great work. I would highly recommend Good Guys Gas Services.

It was breath of fresh air to deal with contractors who respond to calls, emails, and text messages in a timely fashion. Lou and Rob were patient and through when answering my questions. They explained the installation process so that I knew exactly what was going on. I was kept updated from the permitting process to job completion. They were professional and outstanding. I highly recommend this company. They truly are the good guys.

Had a weird experience. I got the estimate and I wanted to do the job with them but I had to coordinate my kitchen remodel. I tried to communicate with them via their number with no response. When I did reach out via thumbtack I got a response that they were sick and then a week later when I reached out again they said they couldn’t do the job because of some changes going on within the company. I’m still trying to process it. They were so profesional and sounded knowledgeable and all of the sudden this happens? Weird… I felt rejected 😆😆😆
