Great experience with Justin from communication, to taking great care to ensure remaining items were protected from the demo, to explaining things along the way as well as “doing work above and beyond scope”, he and his team are top notch. I even recommended JT to my general contractor whenever demo is needed, this is the right company for the job. Half way thru my first job, I even gave him a second (tile demo), all in all couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend to anybody who needs service.

I hired JT Removal for a Commercial interior demolition project of an 8000 SqFt facility. The demolition scope of work was significant but selective as we wanted to maintain certain elements of the existing building layout in order to reduce construction costs.
I learned long ago that demolition is one of the first steps for renovation and if done correctly it will yield significant project savings and a ton of frustration.
Justin and his crew arrived every day, on time and ready to work. They required very little supervision and by the second day, he had won my confidence allowing me to focus on other projects while he focused on his.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of demo type services and debris removal.

Justin was great! He came and did the job in less than one hour! I was very happily surprised with how quickly he was able to get the job done. He was polite and professional. He even swept up the hallway where he was tracking through with the removal stuff. His service is top notch and he is very affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!
