Gil was very professional and kind. We had a problem with our door lock; in his visit, Gil fixed the problem. Moreover, he also patiently told us why it wasn't working and what to do about it for the future so that we could take care of the problem on our own, if needed. Because the solution was so simple, he also waived any payment fees for the job. Will highly recommend to others and contact this company again for similar problems in the future!

A+++ professionalism and honesty. Gil came out since we were concerned we had a leak coming from our doors. He was incredibly honest and told us it wasn’t the doors (he could have easily told us something different to make money) which we really appreciated. He also gave us some great tips and recommendations for the locks that we need changed out. We will definitely use his company for all our door/window and future lock needs.

They responded out with in a few hrs of my request. They advised the door lock not catching was an easy fix, and solved my problem in 3 minutes. Left a business card and advised to contact them if I should need any other assistance or should any of my other acquaintances need work done.

We had a double French door not working properly and Gil with Ohana came out and fixed the door and re-keyed a bunch of other doors to the same key which is so convenient! Thanks for being on time and very professional. We will definitely use them again AND recommend them to family and friends.
