Freelance Paralegal

Introduction: As an experienced, freelance paralegal, I provide a time-efficient and less expensive alternative for sole practitioners and smaller firms, than hiring/training or using a temporary agency to prepare pleadings, e-file and perform other duties, I have over 16 years of Family Law experience in most South Florida circuit courts, I have a minimum of 2 1/2 years experience as a Personal Injury (Plaintiff) and Civil Litigation (Plaintiff) paralegal, as well as Probate, processing Evictions and other Landlord/Tenant matters, and filing new corporations. In addition, I offer a less expensive alternative to self-represented parties requiring document preparation, assistance with filing and notary services, in uncontested legal matters wherein legal advice is not required. I enjoy working as a freelance paralegal as it provides me with the opportunity to truly fill a need for a sole practitioner attorney and/or a small law firm by providing quality work in a time and cost efficient manner. I also enjoy being able to assist self-represented parties in preparing and/or filing documents when they do not require legal advice but only assistance with procedure.
