FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never asked for a retainer from you and you will never receive a bill from us. The only way that we get paid is on a contingency based system, when we win your case. Only at that time do we receive our agreed compensation, which is a standard attorney fee, of one third. If for some reason were not successful and you don't receive a settlement you will never get a bill from us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin first by listening. We want to hear everything that you have to say about the injury that occurred. We will start by obtaining all of the information so we can better serve you and achieve the greatest compensation on your behalf.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained and graduated from, Brown University in Providence Rhode Island. I then went on to Roger Williams Law school. From there, I gained admission into the bars of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida. Above and beyond that, in my 20 years as an attorney, I've had vast experience in all types of personal injury cases.
