Brandon is an excellent trainer. He conducts a thorough analysis of each client’s needs (both my wife and I train with him) and tailors the workout to meet those needs. I’ve met many trainers in the past, but Brandon is the one that made a difference on me. He is very consistent, and loves his job which is very important when working with a trainer. He is very goal oriented when training you, and at the same time works with my style of work out with his added expertise. For example, I want cardio in my training, so he adjust to request and always applies knowledge into my training. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer two different session time-frames, 60 minutes or 40 minutes. 60 Minute Session $75.00 40 Minute Session $55.00 Group Training: (3-6) People 45 Minute Session - $20.00 per person
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Prior to our first training session I do prefer to have a brief phone conversation. This gives us a chance to ask each other questions, We discuss scheduling the first session and client goals. I do have an information/liability client form that I will need you to fill out if you choose to retain me as your trainer. The initial workout is always at a discount which gives you the chance to make sure I am a good fit for you. After the first session we can then schedule other sessions based on your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?World Fitness Association Master Personal Trainer Certification 132 hours of hands on class time. This certification was done in a hands on school and did require 132 hours of class time prior to taking the written test. The test was administered at the facility. I do take continuing education courses as well as always reading and keeping myself up to date on nutrition and physical fitness.
