It was explained to customer that service had been provided every other week (twice monthly plan for $55.00) as requested since April 2016. Service logs are only provided upon customer request. At last service, pool was cloudy after lots of rain and appropriate chemicals were added. It was explained to customer that some pools cannot be kept perfect with only two visits per month during summer and rainy season; in those cases, weekly service is recommended.. A call to the office is always appreciated with any issue so it can be addressed as soon as possible. All payments were done voluntary through Paypal; no credit card was charged. After conversation with customer, we understood that service will be performed in house and apologize for any misunderstanding.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Always hire a licensed contractor; the assurance of hiring a professional is worth the extra buck. Do not hesitate to ask and check the credentials.
