- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees, pricing is competitive. We can’t always be the cheapest. We do fit most budgets and try to over produce so the customer is satisfied and walks away knowing they got a good deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the need of the customer: we have a conversation on the needs and to make sure we are a fit for each other. Generally we can give a quick contactless quote, we follow up and if the customer is comfortable we move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On site mentoring and training.
