All contractors are verified by the BBB prior any work in a property.
Many contractors will work at a reduced rate for our Management Company.
Our vendors are not employees of ours so this does not result in a conflict of interest for you.
Additional Services:
Evaluate property after Tenant occupies and vacates the property.
Mail itemized list of deductions to Tenant after vacating with-in 21 days.
Guarantee a One-Year Lease, if the Tenant breaks the lease then there will be no fee to the owner to re-rent the property.
Advertise and show the property to prospective Tenants 7 days a week.
Advise you on any maintenance issues and supervise when necessary.
Network with other rental agencies and property managers for prospective tenants.
You will be updated of the value of your property in today's market.

First and foremost, I have to say that I HIGHLY recommend, Kenndy. My husband and I were not sure what to expect the process to be like. And for first-timers like us, selling a home can be quite intimidating. Kenndy was always quick to respond to all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer she did not hesitate to consult a colleague or other professional and would promptly get back to us. Her knowledge of our neighborhood was OUTSTANDING, which made us comfortable in following her advice on pricing our home. It all came together beautifully at the end when our home sold for the price she recommended, which was more than my husband and I thought we'd sell it for. Her negotiation skills were quite impressive and we felt like she was looking out for our best interest in every situation that presented itself. Within one day of listing our home we had showings scheduled and in five days had our first offer. Less than two weeks later we accepted a great offer and less than a month later we moved and started a new chapter. Needless to say, I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Great experience with Kennedy and Komerci Group. I loved dealing with this company as they are truly amazing. For handling tenants, they were hired and they did a great job. I am very new to the US and Kenndy has been a blessing in keeping me aware of best areas to live, staying in budget, and negotiating on best price for condos. She painstakingly walked me through clauses and interpretation and if the other Realtors felt like they had one up oh no! She cherry picked and hand walked me through this process and I am thankful cannot wait to get my keys!
When the time comes to buy I have no doubt who will be on the journey with me. Thanks a whole lot...made my transitions very easy.

Kenndy was more then I ever expected from a realtor, she answered my calls at all times of day and night always happy and funny. Kenndy had no problem going out of her way for me making sure I got what I wanted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'll be in touch with her for my next place!
