Introduction: I am a devoted teacher experienced at a collegiate level. I am a professor in the following fields: literature, English, cultural anthropology, and sociology. I hold a bachelor's in literature and a master's in writing. I also hold a master's in cultural anthropology, and I am an ABD doctoral student in cultural anthropology.
I have a native grasp of both English and Spanish languages. I served frequently over the last 20 years as a missionary interpreter overseas.
Since 1993, I have been a freelance instructor for English to Spanish and vice versa in reading, writing, and conversation.
I am also a drawing tutor who is able to work with students of all ages. My art background includes college courses and several art shows in the Los Angeles area and the southern portions of Puerto Rico.
